120-40H round wire megantic motor

1. The appearance of the motor is newly designed, with encrypted heat dissipation ribs on the barrel for better heat dissipation effect;
2. The bearing chamber of the connecting plate is thickened and fixed to the 8 columns of the barrel to enhance its high-strength bearing capacity.
3. The motor adopts a magneto electric angle sensor, which has higher control accuracy, good dynamic performance, and stronger reliability.
4. Compared to ordinary motors, the efficiency is increased by 3-4% and the torque is increased by 7-10%. Reduce noise by 3-5 decibels.

LKS--12T intelligent controller
The controller power transistor adopts the assembly process of 263 packaged MOS transistor and aluminum substrate.
The 263 package MOS is soldered onto an aluminum substrate with a thickness of 2.0mm and a copper coating of 2.0oz and a thermal conductivity of 3W, which can better carry high currents, lower thermal resistance, provide excellent temperature rise performance, and reliable and stable heat dissipation effect, further improving the service life of MOS.
3. The power transistor has low impedance and high peak current, which improves system energy efficiency and reduces current whistling.
4. Adopting a magnetic encoder control method, the vehicle's static starting adopts a sine wave starting method, which makes the starting smoother and smoother, the acceleration more linear, and the vehicle ride more comfortable.
5. The software adopts MTPA control strategy, with small current and large torque, to reduce controller and motor heating.
 

Gearbox
1. The appearance is novel. The wall thickness of the 185 box body is strengthened, the bearing chamber is thickened, the load-bearing capacity is stronger, and the total weight is increased by 100g. 2. The gear set is optimized, the contact surface is enlarged, and the running noise is low. 3. The overall noise of the vehicle is lower than 65 decibels. 4. There is no abnormal noise when the vehicle is static or dynamic.
