LKS--6T intelligent controller
1. The power transistor of the controller adopts the TOLL package MOSFET and aluminum substrate assembly technology.
2. The TOLL packaged MOSFET is welded onto an aluminum substrate with a thickness of 2.0mm, copper coverage of 2.0 ounces, and a thermal conductivity of 3W. This design can better withstand high currents, has lower thermal resistance, provides excellent temperature rise performance, and offers reliable and stable heat dissipation, thereby extending the lifespan of the MOSFET.
3. The power transistor has a low impedance and a large peak current, improving system efficiency and reducing current noise.
4. It uses a magnetic encoder control method. For vehicle static start-up, a sine wave start-up method is adopted, resulting in smoother and more smooth acceleration, more linear acceleration, and a more comfortable ride.
5. The software adopts the MTPA control strategy, with small currents generating large torques, reducing the heat generated by the controller and the motor.
